1st we take a complete evaluation of your lawn to see if renovation is what your lawn needs. Many times another route is possible. This lawn was 90% weeds and a renovation was the best option. |

Should we decide that a renovation is the best option, we will then proceed with killing out all vegetation. |

The next step is to thin out the dead matter by scalping, followed by power raking. We will then collect and remove all the dead matter. |

Directly after removing the debris we drill the seed with a power seeder and then apply starter fertilizer. We use nothing but the best fescue seed, Kansas Premium Blend Fescue.The results are spectacular! We recommend adding your lawn to our 7 step weed & feed program following your rennovation. |
